Director General of the One Health Scientific and Research Institute, Prof. Dr Anton Gerilovych took part in the First Congress of the Public Union “Association of Biotechnology and Bioengineering of Ukraine” (PU “ABBU”), founded by Indar PJSC, Biopharma Plasma LLC and Lekhim JSC.
The event was attended by more than 100 representatives of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry in the fields of humane and veterinary medicine, science and education, as well as other stakeholders.
The President of the PU “ABBU” Oleksandr KHAYLOMSKY presented to the participants of the meeting the draft Structure and Program of the Association. The main areas of ABBU’s activities will be pharmaceutical, medical and veterinary biotechnology, bioengineering, bioinformatics, food technology, biofuels, biological safety, ecology, etc.

The One Health SRI, PSI submitted proposals for the development of educational, scientific and practical biotechnology projects in the context of the Association’s activities.
